    Place your order. Client care confirms availability and arranges a deposit of EGP 5,000 for each watch.

    Attach your transfer receipt

    You can upload your transfer screenshot while ordering. Our team checks the transfer and confirms receipt.

    Receive & settle the balance

    Your watch arrives with free shipping in 7–15 calendar days from deposit confirmation. Pay the balance on delivery.

How is the deposit calculated?

The deposit is EGP 5,000 per watch. Two watches require EGP 10,000. The confirmed deposit is deducted from the total, with the balance due on delivery.

When does the delivery period begin?

Once customer service confirms receipt of your deposit. Delivery takes 7–15 calendar days, not business days.

Can I return or exchange my watch?

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to the policy and product condition. Read the full terms or contact us before requesting a return. Read the terms

What about the warranty?

Your purchase includes a 10-year Which Watch warranty under the warranty terms. Keep your invoice and warranty certificate, and contact client care for inspection or servicing. Warranty terms
