ما الذي يستحق المراجعة في الوصف؟
افصل بين خامة العلبة وخامة السوار والزجاج؛ فقد تختلف من موديل لآخر. لا تفترض أن اسم المجموعة وحده يضمن درجة معدن محددة أو رقم ماكينة معينًا. نعرض المواصفات المتاحة من بيانات الموديل، ويساعدك فريق خدمة العملاء على تأكيد أي تفصيلة ناقصة قبل اعتماد الحجز.
انظر إلى شكل المؤشرات وتوزيع العناصر في المينا وإمكانية قراءة الوقت، ثم اسأل عن ضبط السوار وطريقة استخدام التاج أو الأزرار في الموديل الذي اخترته. لا تعمّم تعليمات ساعة على ساعة أخرى لمجرد تشابه الشكل.

أرقام مقاومة الماء المذكورة في البيانات ليست فحصًا حديثًا لعزل الساعة الفعلية. إذا كنت تنوي استخدامها قرب الماء، أكّد حالتها وطريقة الاستخدام الملائمة مسبقًا. وعند ظهور رطوبة داخل الزجاج أو توقف غير معتاد، تواصل معنا للفحص بدل محاولة فتح الساعة بنفسك.
احتفظ بسجل الشراء والضمان
الفاتورة وشهادة الضمان مهمتان لخدمة ما بعد البيع. يبدأ ضمان Which Watch لمدة 10 سنوات من التاريخ المدون في الفاتورة عند الاستلام، وتُقيَّم الحالة وفق شروطه. الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام الخاطئ لا تدخل ضمن تغطية الإصلاح، ويتحمل العميل شحن الصيانة.

What should you check in the description?
Read the case, strap and crystal specifications separately because they can vary between models. A collection name alone does not establish a particular metal grade or movement reference. We display the details available in the model information, and client care can help confirm missing information before your reservation is approved.
Look at the markers, dial layout and readability. Ask how the strap is adjusted and how the crown or buttons operate on your chosen model. Similar-looking watches do not necessarily share the same operating instructions.
Follow the guidance for your model
Ask for the operating instructions when the watch arrives and follow them when setting the time or using the movement. Store the watch where it is protected from impacts and avoid forcing the crown or buttons. Before cleaning the strap or exposing the watch to water, check the guidance for its materials and seals with client care.
A water-resistance figure in the specifications is not a recent seal test of the individual watch. If you intend to use it near water, confirm its condition and suitable use first. If moisture appears under the crystal or the watch stops unexpectedly, contact us for assessment instead of attempting to open it yourself.
Keep your purchase and warranty records
The invoice and warranty certificate support your after-sales service. The 10-year Which Watch warranty begins from the invoice date on receipt, with each case assessed under its terms. Misuse-related repair costs are excluded, and the customer pays servicing shipping costs.
